Ter,ms & Conditions

Last updated:  July 1, 2026

Welcome to Léobel. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the aesthetic and wellness services we provide.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, attending a consultation, or receiving treatment from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Our treatments are available only to individuals aged 18 years and over.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to consent to treatment.

We reserve the right to request photographic identification where age cannot be verified.

2. Consultations

A consultation is required before any treatment is carried out.

During your consultation, we will discuss:

  • your treatment goals;

  • your medical history;

  • any medications you are taking;

  • allergies or previous reactions;

  • lifestyle factors that may affect treatment;

  • expected outcomes;

  • potential risks and complications.

A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be provided.

3. Medical Information

It is your responsibility to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding your medical history and overall health.

You must inform us if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;

  • have allergies or previous allergic reactions;

  • have any medical conditions or illnesses;

  • have recently undergone surgery or cosmetic procedures;

  • are taking prescription medication, anticoagulants, antibiotics, or any medication that may affect treatment;

  • have active skin infections, cold sores, or other skin conditions;

  • have experienced complications from previous aesthetic treatments.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect your suitability for treatment and could increase the risk of complications.

4. Suitability for Treatment

All treatments are subject to professional assessment.

The safety and wellbeing of our clients is our priority.

We reserve the absolute right to decline, postpone, or discontinue treatment where we believe:

  • treatment is not clinically appropriate;

  • treatment may compromise your health or safety;

  • unrealistic expectations are presented;

  • insufficient medical information has been provided;

  • consent cannot be obtained;

  • treatment would not be in your best interests.

Our decision is final and is made solely in the interests of client safety.

5. Consent

Before treatment, you will be required to complete consultation and consent documentation.

By signing your consent forms, you confirm that:

  • you understand the nature of the treatment;

  • you have had the opportunity to ask questions;

  • potential risks, benefits, limitations, and possible complications have been explained;

  • you voluntarily consent to treatment.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time before treatment begins.

6. Results

Individual results vary.

While we aim to achieve the best possible outcome, no treatment can guarantee specific results.

Treatment outcomes are influenced by factors including age, lifestyle, skin condition, healing response, medical history, and adherence to aftercare advice.

Photographs shown on our website or social media are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of results.

7. Appointments and Deposits

Appointments may require a booking deposit.

Deposits are applied towards the cost of your treatment unless otherwise stated.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled.

8. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Our cancellation policy is available separately on our website.

Failure to attend an appointment or cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in the loss of your booking deposit or a cancellation fee of £50.

Repeated missed appointments may result in future bookings being refused.

9. Treatment Aftercare

Following treatment, you agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your results and increase the risk of complications.

We cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

10. Pricing and Payment

Treatment prices are displayed on our website or provided during consultation.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.
